Writing Research For Online Jobs

My oh my, how the time is just a flying. I have been so busy trying to find some work that I could perform online. Specifically I have been trying to find some writing work. We live in the smallest town you’ve ever heard of with a trading post and a post office. Pretty small wouldn’t you say? Other than that the next towns are 33 miles away. With the price of gasoline any more it just doesn’t seem feasible to buy a second car. Insure a second car and try to put gas in it.

So, I am once again searching for a way to make money online. Needless to say I have been searching for a very, very long time. I have been checking into writing articles and writing blogs. It’s taken quite some time for me to get a feel for how this works. It’s not that I am stupid, but boy is this search labor intense. I try to thoroughly check how sites that I may be interested in working for. Many of the writing sites won’t even let you click on their available opportunities, so that you can see what types are available and how many so called opportunities they have on a daily or weekly basis.

One day I thought maybe I had finally found a good writing site. I found the website about the end of my day, you know when you’re tired and bleary eyed from cruising the web. So the next morning I hoped on the PC and started investigating with a fresh pair of eyes. I use what I call my tool to find out the real skinny on the website that I am thinking of applying to. I go to http://www.wahm.com/forum and use their search button. Just key in the business name of the website and specify how old of a thread you wish to see. I always click on any dates for the thread. If you can see enough of the threads about your topic, you usually will see some patterns forming. Any way the site that I had gotten excited about the day before apparently from reading the threads was in fact a real legit website, but they had no opportunities listed. This has happened time and time again!

Now I have found a new website that is intriguing me. It’s a pay to blog type of site. This one has a little twist to it, because most of the pay to blog sites you write the blog and post the blog on your own blog website. The company is http://www.ninerniner.com. You have to sign up of course and then you choose from 35 available blogs that they provide where you would like to write a blog for. I understand you have to write about 150 words per blog. Originally I had read that you would be paid $1.50. I read this on some else’s blog. After signing up I was disappointed to see that the most that they offered for pay was 50 cents. Oh shoot. I am going to try this any way.

They pay by PayPal at the $25.00 mark. What I like about this is you can choose the blogs that you have an interest in their subject matter. It’s better to make some money than no money!

Advertising on blogs

Advertising on blogs has become quite the rage any more. It's a very popular method of getting the word out about your business and it even builds up backlinks to your site. This also increases additional traffic to the site that's being advertised in the blog.

To illustrate this I'll use payingpost.com. They have a wonderful program for both the advertiser and the blogger. It's mutually beneficial to both. The advertiser gets his business promoted and the blogger writes about the advertisers business and then gets paid for it. So both parties come out happy.

Payingpost.com has some really neat blog marketing ideas. One in particular that comes to mind is their referral program. It's called an affiliation program.And of course it's free to join. You create an affiliate account and post one of their banners on your site. How simple can it be? Once the referees have completed their first opportunity and it's reviewed and approved, then you will be paid $15.00.

That's pretty simple. If you think about this there are so many ways you could post their banners on the Internet. Many forums on the net allow you to post a banner on your post. Always read their rules first to see if this is acceptable.

PayingPost allows you to reserve up to 3 opportunities per day per blog. You can have up to 10 blogs on your account. Their minimum payout or threshold is $50.00. PayingPost pays on the first of the month through PayPal. So you would want to set up a PayPal account if you don't all ready have one. There simple to set up and it's free.
